2, the geometric error of the cutter

3, the geometric error of the fixture
The role of the fixture is to make the workpiece equal to the correct position of the tool and machine tool, so the geometric error of the fixture has a great influence on the machining error, especially the position error.
4. Location error
The positioning error mainly includes the error of datum non coincidence and the inaccuracy of the positioning pair. When machining the workpiece on the machine tool, some geometric elements on the workpiece must be selected as the positioning datum of the machining. If the selected positioning datum and design datum (used to determine the base of a certain surface size and position on the part map) will not coincide, the datum non coincidence error will be produced.
5. The error caused by the force and deformation of the process system
Workpiece stiffness: if the workpiece stiffness is lower than the machine tool, tool and fixture in the process system, the effect of the deformation caused by the lack of stiffness on the machining error is relatively large under the action of the cutting force.
Tool rigidity: the stiffness of the external turning tool in the normal direction of the machining surface (y) is large, and its deformation can be neglected. The bore diameter is small, and the stiffness of the cutter bar is very poor. The force and deformation of the cutter bar have great influence on the machining accuracy of the hole.
Machine tool component stiffness: machine tool components are made up of many parts, and the stiffness of machine tool components has not yet been properly simplified. At present, it is mainly used to test the stiffness of machine tool components. The factors that affect the stiffness of machine parts include the influence of joint surface deformation, the influence of friction, the influence of low stiffness parts, and the influence of clearance.
6. Error caused by thermal deformation of process system
The thermal deformation of the process system has a great influence on the machining error, especially in the precision machining and large parts processing, the machining error caused by the thermal deformation can sometimes account for 50% of the total error of the workpiece.
7. Adjust the error
In every process of machining, the adjustment of the process system must be carried out in one way or another. The adjustment error can not be absolutely accurate because of the adjustment. In the process system, the accuracy of the workpiece and cutter on the machine tool is guaranteed by adjusting the machine tool, cutter, fixture or workpiece. When the original precision of machine tool, tool, fixture and workpiece blank meet the requirements of the process without considering the dynamic factors, the adjustment error plays a decisive role in the machining error.
8. Internal stress
The stress that exists in the part without external force is called internal stress. Once the internal stress is produced on the workpiece, the workpiece metal will be in an unstable state of high energy position. It is instinctively converted to the stable state of the low energy position and is accompanied by the occurrence of deformation, thus making the workpiece lost the original machining precision.
9. Measurement error
When the parts are processed or processed, the accuracy of measurement, measuring accuracy, workpiece and subjective and objective factors will directly affect the accuracy of measurement.
