processing plays a role in all walks of life, although the processing products may be different, the equipment used is different, but processing is a better and more perfect direction for the development of the product. Hangzhou Yu Chen Machinery Co., Ltd. is committed to processing machinery industry, processing services for precision parts, fourth axes and five sides.
mechanical processing    stainless steel has all kinds of good properties and is widely used. If there is a difficulty in machining stainless steel, let’s take a look at it.
    1. high cutting force and high cutting temperature: this type of material has high strength, large tangential stress and large plastic deformation during cutting, resulting in large cutting force. In addition, the thermal conductivity of the material is extremely poor, which causes the cutting temperature to rise, and the high temperature is often concentrated in the narrow area near the cutting edge of the tool, thus speeding up the tool wear.
    2. work hardening seriously: austenitic stainless steel and some high temperature alloy stainless steel are austenite, the cutting process hardening tendency is large, usually several times the ordinary carbon steel, cutting tool in the hardened area, making the tool life shorter.
    3. easy to stick knife: whether it is austenitic stainless steel or martensitic stainless steel, there are characteristics of chip toughness and cutting temperature. When the toughened chips flow through the rake face, there will be adhesive, welding and other sticky knives, which will affect the surface roughness of the machined parts.
    4. tool wear faster: the above material generally contains high melting point element, large plastic, high cutting temperature, cutting tool wear faster, sharpening knife, changing knife frequently, thus affecting the production efficiency and improve the cost of cutting tools.
